KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Santa Rosa, CA to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards to create a welcoming, customer-centered environment.

You will guide the team to meet goals, coach associates, and support omni-channel selling while maintaining store operations and policies. Regular/Part time role with opportunities to grow within our brands.

Competenze

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Supervise store team and assist leadership as needed.
