Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and model expected behaviors.
• Provide guidance and support to associates and help onboard/develop the team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
• Use tools to create a customer-focused team environment and uphold store standards.
