Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to model excellent customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store functions and step in as manager when needed.

You will deliver personalized service, support onboarding, and uphold visual and operational standards while driving a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. This is a part-time role in Algonquin, IL with benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
