POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates for the Crabtree Valley Mall location. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering memorable shopping experiences by guiding customers through POP MART's collectible art toys and product lines.

You will support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and customer transactions, while fostering a welcoming and dynamic team environment. The role emphasizes product knowledge and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in collectibles or pop culture is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming guests and building authentic relationships.
• Educate customers on POP MART's world, artist collaborations, and product collections.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety on the sales floor and back room.
• Cross-train to support Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes as needed.
