Qualifications

• Retail knowledge and customer engagement abilities.
• 1+ year of store retail experience; leadership preferred.
• High School Diploma and 18+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor and motivate the team.
• Act as the leader on duty in the store when the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager are not present.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Help the store meet KPIs: conversion rate, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, and sales trends.
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management; support events and in-store marketing.
