Job summary

The LOFT store in Arlington, TX seeks a Sales Lead to inspire the team and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to model top-tier service and step in as manager when needed.

You’ll coach associates, onboard new hires, uphold visual and operational standards, and use tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel experience across the store. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience with customer focus.
• Management experience preferred for leadership ability.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Model and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
