Job summary

Fabletics seeks a Full-Time Sales Lead for The Westchester store in White Plains, NY. You will lead sales activities, train associates, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while collaborating with the Store Manager and a driven team.

You will drive engagement both in-store and through events, maintain merchandising standards, and use knowledge of fabrics and product features to assist customers. A fast-paced, energetic environment awaits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Retail management experience a plus.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle activities.
• Ability to work with large teams and long hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by explaining fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed targets.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to purchases.
• Offer feedback to improve the business and strive to meet store objectives.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed and identify issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed; boxes weigh 10–30 lbs.
