Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at The Westchester in White Plains, NY. You will deliver best-in-class service, bridge online and in-store experiences, and lead a team to hit bold targets with the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates are energetic, self-motivated, and able to engage customers on fabrics, fit, and product features. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed; report issues as needed.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs when required.
