Fabletics is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Lead at Westfield Culver City, CA to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support Sales & Operations. The role focuses on seamless online-to-retail journeys, coaching associates, and driving KPI performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Store Manager and work with a dedicated team to promote Fabletics products, run events, and uphold store standards while maintaining a high-energy, customer-first approach.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers and drive sales to meet/exceed targets.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
