Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Lead for the Palm Beach, FL store to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and support sales and operations.

You will work with the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates to drive sales and engagement while ensuring the customer journey aligns with the brand. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours,

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, cycling, pilates, running, etc.) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.

• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising to facilitate shopping and add value to purchases.
• Actively participate in feedback to improve the business.
• Aim to meet/exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, and quality.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
