Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Flatiron location in New York, NY. You will lead the customer experience, drive store sales, and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to hit targets while ensuring a seamless omni-channel shopping journey between our website and retail stores.

You will train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook, coordinate with supervisors, and uphold merchandising standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with active lifestyle brands and products.
• Able to interact with Customers, Employees and Partners.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and sales in-store.
• Provide training and feedback based on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and cleanliness.
• Unpack inventory and assist with stock as needed.
