LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead in Arlington, TX. You will lead by example to deliver personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold visual standards, and use technology to keep the customer at the center of every interaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Experience operating a POS system and assisting customers.
• Comfortable coaching teammates and giving feedback.
• Availability evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
