You will align with store leadership to run operations and step in as manager when needed, ensuring brand standards and a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience in people management preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and store tech.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
