KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Deer Park, NY store to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming customer experience. You will drive team performance, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least 18 years old, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and lead by example.
• Open and close store responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
