TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics Retail is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to elevate the in-store experience and drive sales in our Fabletics Retail Store.

You will partner with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to coach associates, demonstrate product knowledge, and engage customers across events and promotions while maintaining store standards and safety.

We value energy, initiative, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience, a plus.
• Ability to work with a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class retail customer experience.
• Engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, fit, and product features.
• Drive customer engagement via store events and promotions.
• Train and provide feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain safety and security standards; unpack inventory as needed.
