Job summary

TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Southlake Town Square store in Southlake, TX. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a team of associates to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience, driving sales and engagement.

You will train staff, manage daily operations, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining store standards and a positive, energetic atmosphere to meet aggressive goals.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners in store and beyond.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, upbeat attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiating opportunities.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivation and clear communication to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and handle pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and assist customers in living their passion.
• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Offer product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Keep safety and security standards; identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory as required; boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs.
