Fabletics in The Gardens Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to deliver best-in-class retail experiences and drive sales in-store and across the omnichannel journey.

You will train and motivate associates, partner with the Store Manager, and help guests Live their Passion through product knowledge and active engagement.

The role requires energy, flexibility, and a commitment to elevated service during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on Live their passion.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer journey.
• Offer feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
