Fabletics is seeking a full-time Sales Lead for our Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets location in Orlando, FL. Lead the customer journey, coach teams, and partner with the Store Manager to drive in-store performance and community engagement.

You’ll train staff on our playbook and ensure exceptional service while managing merchandising and inventory basics. This role requires energy, initiative, and a passion for active lifestyles in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience, a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when an opportunity provides itself.
• Familiar with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Work with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and contribute to continuous business improvement.
