Fabletics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at St. Johns Town Center to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while supporting Sales & Operations. You will guide associates, apply product knowledge, and help meet store targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Store Manager and team to drive engagement, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards, fostering a collaborative and energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities is beneficial.
• Ability to engage customers and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience in-store and support Sales & Operations.
• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit and function.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, supervisors and associates to hit targets.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and assist with inventory needs.
• Provide feedback to improve the Customer Experience Playbook and performance.
