Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for a store location at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL. You’ll support Sales & Operations and ensure a best-in-class customer experience, collaborating with store leadership to meet aggressive store goals.

You’ll engage customers, train staff on the Customer Experience Playbook, and maintain merchandising standards while managing inventory and safety. The role requires initiative, adaptability, and a passion for active lifestyles.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and able to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work under pressure.
• Flexible in work hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Constant movement and standing; may involve stooping or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and community promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Work with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet store objectives related to performance and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Adhere to safety and security standards.
