As a Sales Lead, you’ll train and motivate the team, meet sales targets, and ensure store policies, inventory, and safety standards are upheld. Open to evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts to serve active lifestyle customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience minimum.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is helpful.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
