Job summary

POP MART Sono Collection is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide daily store operations and deliver a premium customer experience for collectors. You will act as Leader on Duty, coaching associates and driving sales while ensuring inventory and merchandising standards.

Required is 1+ year of retail experience with leadership preferred, plus strong communication and a passion for collectibles. This role supports events, visual merchandising, and brand initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, or pop culture.
• Ability to motivate and foster a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serve as Leader on Duty and supervise Sales Associates.
• Drive store sales, KPIs, and product recommendations.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and POS transactions.
• Represent POP MART brand at events and store initiatives.
