The role requires 1+ year of retail experience, leadership aptitude, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture. Expect an hourly wage of $14.00 and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable interpreting business metrics and using data to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty and ensure smooth daily operations when management isn’t present.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART artist stories and product lines.
• Maintain an engaging, organized store environment and ensure visual standards.
