Job summary

POP MART in Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide a store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As Leader on Duty, you will coordinate daily operations, coaching, visual merchandising, inventory, and store compliance while representing the POP MART brand to shoppers.

You will engage with customers, share the stories behind POP MART artists and products, support product launches and events, and help create an energetic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's stories, artists, and products.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive environment for customers and team members.
• Help achieve store sales goals and KPIs such as conversion, UPT, ATV, and engagement.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance, cleanliness, and stock accuracy.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and product launches.
• Support inventory audits, transfers, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
