Duluth Trading Company in Clintonville, WI is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Lead. You will develop strong product knowledge to deliver WOW! customer service, lead the store team, and ensure flawless floor execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer Centric.

• Authorized to work in the United States withour sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Lead the store team to deliver the Duluth experience.
• Demonstrate high level of service and engagement and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and present the Duluth experience.
• Ensure customer profile information is accurately recorded.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards and floor-set messaging.
• Set up sales and promotions with clear signing and communication.
• Handle merchandise receipts and transfers accurately, including checking in and steaming.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and adhere to company policies.
• Understand, execute and train cash-handling and reporting functions.
• Process register functions and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure store security and respond to alarms.
• Maintain safety for employees and customers and report concerns.
