POP MART in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide store operations, coach the sales team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will act as Leader on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable, driving sales and ensuring a premium POP MART experience.

You will partner with store leadership on merchandising, inventory, and events, while maintaining visual standards and ensuring accurate POS transactions.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail experience, leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.
• Comfortable using POS and basic computer tools.
