Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example
• Basic computer and POS proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories, artists, and collectibles.
