POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Tempe, AZ. You will serve as the Leader on Duty, driving a high-quality customer experience and daily store operations while coaching a team of sales associates.

You will guide product storytelling, manage inventory, and support visual merchandising for launches and events, reporting to the Store Manager. Previous retail leadership and a passion for pop culture are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, pop culture is valued

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach sales associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Promote key product categories, limited editions, and exclusive collections.
• Maintain store operations, POS handling, and cleanliness.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and in-store events.
