Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Edinburgh, IN seeks a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences while guiding store associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will drive the brand’s personalized service approach, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, and uphold visual and operational standards to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong initiative and prioritization skills.
• Ability to step in as manager when needed.
