Job summary

LOFT in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold top visual and operational standards, and use available tools to drive a customer-focused environment. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Ability to coach and develop associates.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Model personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store operations.
