Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Baltimore to deliver personalized customer experiences and support a high-performing team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain store operations, onboard and develop associates, and step in as manager when required.

The role emphasizes customer-focused leadership, coaching, and executing brand standards while driving sales and omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability—evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Support store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and assist with store operations and promotions.
