Job summary

LOFT is inviting applications for a Sales Lead at our Salem, NH location. This role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding a team, with the Store Manager as a partner to ensure smooth store operations and readiness to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll help uphold visual and service standards, coach associates, and leverage tools to drive a customer-first, profitable environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech savvy and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proactive with decision making and prioritization.
• Organize, delegate, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to run store functions.
• Step in as manager when needed.
