LOFT Outlet in Kittery, ME is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a collaborative team. You will work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes onboarding and developing the team, maintaining high standards, and leveraging technology for a seamless omnichannel experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to make thoughtful decisions and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with focus on the customer.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for associates to excel.
