Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 3016-Woodburn Premium Outlets in Woodburn, OR. You will model outstanding customer experiences, support and coach associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to run an engaged, high-performing team.

In this role you’ll be ready to step in as manager when needed, use POS tools, and uphold brand standards while delivering a seamless omnichannel experience for customers. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and omnichannel experience.
