KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Albertville, MN to drive exceptional customer experiences and support a capable, engaging team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand store operations and step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates bring retail sales and leadership experience, comfort with POS systems, and a proactive, coaching mindset. Regular part-time hours support evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role-model excellent customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
