KnitWell Group, owner of Ann Taylor, is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences and to guide store associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll bring up to 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and likely management experience. Proficiency with technology and POS systems is required. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.
