KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Nashville to support and role model excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

With 6 months of retail sales experience and management experience preferred, you will coach associates, uphold standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to take initiative, organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.
