You will lead brand-aligned service, coach associates, and drive profitable, omnichannel shopping experiences using available tools. This role requires strong communication and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
