LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager at The Shops on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington, OH. You will support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture, acting as a leader on the sales floor to engage and assist customers.

You will coach associates, support recruiting, and use reporting tools to drive operational excellence, while delivering a seamless omnichannel shopping experience with a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.
