Job summary

Brobston Group in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Selling Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will coach the sales staff, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the selling floor.

Qualifications

Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering collaboration and supporting training.
Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; communicate results and strategies to the team.
Sell approximately 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
Execute sales events, support customer concerns, and promote new selling technologies.
Support merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, and daily store operations.
Participate in recruitment as needed and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
