Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Selling Supervisor to support store leadership, drive sales performance, and coach the sales team. You will lead by example, enhance customer experiences, and assist with store operations.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor targets, and participate in training while executing clienteling strategies to build loyalty and deliver consistent results across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members, monitor sales targets and performance metrics, and support training.
• Sell approximately 50% of the time and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
• Execute sales events, support customer concerns, communicate business performance, and identify merchandising opportunities.
• Support inventory control, supervise cash transactions, participate in recruitment, and ensure compliance with company policies.
