Brobston Group in Clarksburg Premium Outlet is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will coach the team, build lasting client relationships, and ensure an elevated customer experience while applying product knowledge and seasonal trends.

The role emphasizes leading the floor, executing company procedures, and collaborating with management to develop the team and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales or a related customer service role.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
Strong communication, organizational, follow-up and time management skills.
Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

Achieve individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
Lead the sales floor to provide an elevated customer experience and build lasting client relationships.
Apply product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trends to support sales.
Contact clients and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
Open and close the store, maintain organized sales and stock areas, and follow company procedures.
Collaborate with management and colleagues and contribute to team development.
