Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales associates, communicate training needs, and support team development.
• Build client relationships, deliver value-added service, and meet personal sales and SPH goals.
• Maintain visual presentation standards, merchandise, and daily stock activities.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns, exchanges, and task follow-up.
