Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Las Vegas Premium Outlets store to lead the sales floor, coach the team, and enhance the customer experience. This role focuses on achieving sales goals, building client relationships, and delivering styling advice with strong product knowledge in a fast-paced outlet setting.

The position requires at least 3 years in retail or related customer service, leadership experience preferred, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in retail, sales, or related customer service.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Proficient with POS and Microsoft Office.
• Available for retail schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal client relationships.
• Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and client follow-up to support repeat business.
• Support store opening and closing procedures, maintain organized sales floor and stockroom, and uphold company policies.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues and contribute to team development.
