Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, Retail Operations, or related field preferred.
• One to two years of experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front End operations including registers, queue management, exchanges, and cash issues.
• Serve as point person for cashiers ensuring accurate transactions and smooth customer flow.
• Ensure proper handling of tills and register procedures.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate shopper experience; support refunds and voids.
• Train and onboard new front end team members on register procedures and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor following Goodwill standards.
• Use Merchandising Guide to maintain visual presentation and seasonal displays.
• Complete daily recovery to keep floor shoppable and brand consistent.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished regularly.
• Promote a positive team culture aligned with Mission and TRUE Core Values.
• Communicate daily priorities to keep team focused and aligned.
• Support opening/closing activities and flow of merchandise from backroom to floor.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards across store spaces.
• Monitor cleaning routines and ensure spaces are safe for shoppers and staff.
• Report maintenance/safety issues promptly to Store Leadership.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and performance standards including asset protection.
• Follow operational guidelines and CPSC requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
