Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in retail, production, or logistics environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer focus.
• Ability to learn processes, use store systems, and train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front End operations, registers, queue management, and cashier issues.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and shoppable sales floor per merchandising standards.
• Greet shoppers, assist with questions, returns, and exchanges, and coach staff.
• Support opening/closing, safety, and adherence to policies; protect assets.
