Qualifications

• Ability to communicate, orally and verbally, and perform basic mathematical skills and computer skills.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extensive periods of time, and lift up to 60lbs. on a regular basis.
• Experience in retail and production environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and store operations is a plus.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling and clerical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to all Goodwill’s policies and procedures; follows safety and security practices.
• Assist with day-to-day operations including opening and closing of the retail store.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction by providing World Class Customer Service and achieving mystery shop targets.
• Foster positive communication with Donors, Vendors and Customers.
• Assist with POS drawers, proving change for Cashiers and operating the POS system.
• Ensure accurate counts and timely recording of cash reports and inventory data.
• Price merchandise using baseline pricing and online research for exceptional items.
• Maintain sales floor appearance by rotating merchandise regularly.
• Coordinate transportation and maintenance needs.
• Assist with housekeeping to uphold store cleanliness and image standards.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate pricing and item codes.
• Complete register audits and deposits per policy.
• Assist with auditing team member time clock entries.
• Record end-of-day information accurately in EOD reports.
• Stay informed on merchandise knowledge and pricing trends.
• Attend related trainings as assigned.
