You will help maintain a clean, well-merchandised store and assist with POS transactions, merchandising, and store readiness throughout shifts. The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow established processes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently positive shopper experience during shifts.
• Greet, respect, engage, assist, and thank every shopper.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support merchandising and store readiness through replenishment and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all shopper-facing areas.
• Assist shoppers with questions, product location, and checkout needs.
• Follow established cash handling, pricing, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Support opening and closing routines and daily store operations.
