You will lead sales for Western US accounts, including major chains, brokers, and distributors. This is a hands-on role reporting to the VP of Sales, with a focus on driving distribution and velocity.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales management experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
• Experience leading and managing a sales broker network and major retailers.
• Proven ability to analyze data and tell a compelling sales story.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive sales results in territory through broker partners and retail execution.
• Manage broker relationships with clear priorities, targets, and accountability.
• Secure distribution gains and new item authorizations with key retail accounts.
• Plan and execute promotional calendars and manage trade spending.
• Monitor sales performance, distribution, and velocity using syndicated data.
• Ensure strong in-store execution including pricing, merchandising, and shelf presence.
• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to deliver sales objectives.
