Job summary

Chi Forest seeks a Director or Senior Director of Sales to accelerate expansion across major national and regional West Coast retail accounts. The role combines hands-on selling with strategic leadership, from buyer conversations through authorization, launch, and ongoing account growth.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in CPG sales with established buyer and category-management relationships; West Coast connections and beverage-brand experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant CPG selling experience with major national/regional accounts.
• Established, active buyer and category-management relationships with major national and regional accounts.
• West Coast-based candidates with California retailer connections highly preferred.
• Proven track record of securing new retail listings and expanding distribution; beverage brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process for priority national and regional retail accounts from outreach to launch and ongoing growth.
• Lead line reviews, negotiations, and annual planning with retailers and brokers.
• Develop account-specific sales strategies, pricing, assortment plans, and promotional programs.
• Identify and manage broker and distributor partnerships to support national expansion.
• Monitor performance and expand assortment, velocity, and distribution across accounts.
